PM-WANI related operations are subject to applicable laws, government guidelines, registration conditions, technical requirements and security requirements. Requirements may change from time to time.
1. Compliance Approach
PinkBell aims to design and deploy PM-WANI related technology solutions in accordance with applicable technical, security and operational requirements relevant to the services being provided.
2. PDOA and Technology Operations
Where applicable, technology solutions may support functions such as:
- User authentication and authorization
- Captive portal management
- Wi-Fi hotspot management
- Internet plan and recharge management
- Accounting and reporting
- PDO management
- Network and device information management
3. Data Privacy and Security
Appropriate administrative, technical and operational measures may be implemented according to the nature of the service and applicable legal requirements.
Users and customers should also refer to our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.
4. Customer Responsibility
PDOs, PDOAs, organizations and customers remain responsible for:
- Providing correct registration and business information
- Maintaining required broadband and network infrastructure
- Using authorized equipment and software where required
- Following applicable government and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining proper commercial and customer records
5. Hardware and Commercial Transparency
Hardware specifications, router/access point requirements, installation requirements and commercial charges should be confirmed before deployment.
Customers should retain invoices, payment receipts and other relevant commercial documents.
6. No Automatic Government Approval
Purchase or use of PinkBell software, hardware or services does not automatically constitute government registration, certification, approval or authorization.
Any registration, certification or compliance requirement must be completed through the applicable official process where required.
7. Policy Updates
PinkBell may update technical processes, documentation and operational procedures when applicable laws, guidelines or technology requirements change.
