PinkBell Wi-Fi user experience is designed to make the public Wi-Fi
connection process simple and easy.
PinkBell Wi-Fi उपयोग करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए steps को follow करें।
Connect to PinkBell Wi-Fi
First, open Wi-Fi settings on your mobile phone, laptop or device and connect to the available PinkBell / supported Wi-Fi SSID.
सबसे पहले अपने mobile, laptop या device की Wi-Fi settings खोलें और उपलब्ध PinkBell / supported Wi-Fi SSID से connect करें।
अगला Step: Wi-Fi से जुड़ने के बाद login या captive portal page खुल सकता है।
Open the Login / Captive Portal
After connecting to the Wi-Fi network, open the login page if it does not open automatically on your device.
Wi-Fi network से connect होने के बाद यदि login page automatically नहीं खुलता है, तो browser खोलकर portal page access करें।
New User? Sign Up
If you are a new customer and do not already have a PinkBell account, create your account using the required registration details.
यदि आप नए customer हैं और आपका पहले से PinkBell account नहीं बना है, तो आवश्यक registration details देकर पहले Sign Up करें।
Existing User? Sign In
If you already have a registered PinkBell account, enter your User ID / registered details and password to sign in.
यदि आपका PinkBell account पहले से बना हुआ है, तो अपनी User ID / registered details और password डालकर Sign In करें।
Forgot Password?
If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option available on the login page and follow the account recovery process.
यदि आपको अपना password याद नहीं है, तो login page पर उपलब्ध Forgot Password option का उपयोग करके password recovery process पूरा करें।
Select an Internet Plan
After signing in, check the available internet plans and select the plan suitable for your requirement.
Sign In करने के बाद उपलब्ध internet plans देखें और अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार suitable plan चुनें।
Recharge & Payment
Complete the recharge and payment process using the available payment method shown on the portal.
Portal पर उपलब्ध payment method का उपयोग करके recharge और payment process पूरा करें।
Start Using the Internet
After successful authentication and activation of the applicable internet plan, you can start using the Wi-Fi internet service.
Successful authentication और applicable plan activate होने के बाद आप Wi-Fi internet service का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
Check Recharge History
Registered users may be able to view previous recharge and payment records through the available account or portal features.
Registered user उपलब्ध account या portal features के माध्यम से अपने पुराने recharge और payment records देख सकते हैं।
Simple PinkBell Wi-Fi Journey
Connect Wi-Fi → Sign Up / Sign In → Forgot Password if required →
Select Plan → Recharge → Payment → Internet Access
Wi-Fi Connect करें → Sign Up / Sign In करें → जरूरत पड़ने पर Forgot Password →
Plan चुनें → Recharge करें → Payment करें → Internet का उपयोग करें
